Came in for a valve adjustment on my 2008 CRV, Nelson was a competent and honest mechanic who didn’t push unnecessary services and was even up front when he felt services were not yet necessary (preventing unnecessary cost to a new customer). This is a great local full service mechanic that will treat you right!

I had an excellent experience with Runway Imports! They replaced the brake pads and rotors on my Volvo XC40, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done without making me feel pressured. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my Volvo now drives and brakes like new. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that's both honest and reliable, but Runway Imports definitely exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was friendly, the repairs were completed in a timely manner, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in great hands. I highly recommend Runway Imports to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality automotive service. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs!

Very professional and polite. Maintenance was accomplished $300 cheaper then what the Mercedes dealer Quoted. I will consider Runway Imports for all future maintenance for which I cannot accomplish myself.

What can I say? They gave me an appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a very accurate estimate. Upon my go ahead, the fixed what would’ve been too complicated for me to repair, at a pretty good price. Because I have my own monitoring equipment and knew exactly what the issue was and that’s exactly what they found and repaired. The real point is that if I have another problem with any of my imports, I will go back without hesitation and would recommend anybody else to them.

First-time customer and very impressed! I went in for an oil change and a brake check, and the team at Runway Imports was fantastic. They completed the work the same day and gave me the peace of mind that my brakes are in good shape. Professional, quick, and honest—exactly what you want in a local mechanic.
